This is your official onboarding pipeline. Follow each phase to become a fully integrated and trained member of our TAVR milsim.
You'll begin by submitting an application. If selected, you'll be invited to an interview to assess your fit within the unit. Once accepted, you're officially on your way.

After BMQ, you'll select your military trade—your role within the unit. Examples include:

Depending on your selected trade, you may be required to complete additional occupation-specific training before being cleared for deployment.
Once your training is complete, you'll be assigned to a platoon and squad. This is your operational team—you'll train, deploy, and operate with them during missions.
You are now a fully qualified soldier in the CAF - Milsim. From here, you'll continue to grow through training, operations, and leadership opportunities.
